Upadhyay Brothers

Upadhyay Brothers is a small family-run business at No. 69/18 Dana Khori. We have been in this neighborhood for many years. Our place is tucked away in the Dana Khori area, which is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We do a bit of everything here, mostly trading and supplying goods to local shops. The building is old but it serves us well. We don't have a big staff, just the brothers and a couple of helpers. Most of our day is spent moving boxes or talking to people on the phone about orders. It is a quiet kind of work, though the street outside can get cramped with scooters and delivery bikes. We don't have any big signs or advertisements. People know us because we’ve been at 69/18 for so long. We like it that way. It is a practical business without any extra fluff. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when things are slow. We aren't trying to grow into some huge company. We just want to keep things running smoothly and take care of our neighbors and our own families.
