Universal Parcel Service is based in Lal Bangla, specifically over at 214-A in Harjinder Nagar. We’re located in Singh Market, which is a place with a lot of history and a lot of daily activity. If you know Kanpur, you know that Lal Bangla has its own unique feel. It’s busy, it’s crowded, and there is always something going on. Our shop is right in the middle of that energy. We spend our days handling boxes, checking addresses, and making sure things are moving where they should be. It’s physical work and it can get a bit messy with tape and packing material lying around sometimes. We don't have a sleek, polished office because that wouldn't make sense for what we do. It’s a practical space for practical work. We’ve been in Singh Market long enough that we know most of the people around us. We share stories with the other shopkeepers and watch the shoppers go by. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We don't talk about missions or visions; we just talk about what needs to be delivered and how to get it done. The address 214-A is where you’ll find us, usually busy with a pile of parcels. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do, and we do it right here in Harjinder Nagar every day of the week.
