Unique Creation

Our shop is at No.-24/9A in The Mall. Being in The Mall is a bit different than being on a regular street because there’s always air conditioning and a lot of people just walking around for fun. Unique Creation has been here for a bit, and we’ve found our own little rhythm. We have a glass front so people can see what we’re working on or what’s currently on the mannequins. It’s not a huge space, so we have to be careful about how we use the shelves. We mostly focus on things that are a bit more modern, since that’s what people looking around the mall usually want. The mornings are usually slow, which gives us time to clean up and get the displays looking right. By the evening, it gets pretty busy with families and teenagers. We try to be helpful without being annoying or pushing people to buy things they don’t need. It’s a nice environment to work in, even if the mall music gets a bit repetitive after eight hours. We’ve met a lot of interesting people who just happen to wander in while they’re out shopping for other things. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us making sure the shop runs smoothly every day. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we enjoy the daily interactions with the locals and visitors who stop by.
