Our office is located in Flat No 306 at 8/220 in the Arya Nagar area. We are very close to Prkhar Hospital, which is a useful landmark for people trying to find the building. Since we are based in a flat rather than a shop on the street, it feels a bit different. It is much quieter inside, which really helps when we are trying to organize complicated travel plans or talk on the phone. We have a small team working here and we spend most of our hours on the computers or talking to clients. The space is a little bit tight because of all the files and desks we have squeezed in, but we make it work for us. We have been in Arya Nagar for a few years now. It is a nice part of Kanpur, mostly full of families and other small offices like ours. We are not some big, polished travel agency. We are just regular people helping others get their travel arrangements sorted out. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when there are delays or last-minute changes, but we just try to handle it as best as we can. We have a small balcony where we can take short breaks and look out at the street below. It is a modest way to run a business. Most of our work comes from word of mouth and people calling us up. We do not have fancy brochures, we just talk to people.
