Tirubala Exports Bag Division

Down in the Panki Industrial Area, you can find our bag division at C-35/36. Dada Nagar is a place where things are actually made, so it’s noisy and there’s always something happening in the neighboring units. At Tirubala Exports, we have a lot of floor space dedicated to the materials we use for the bags. You’ll see rolls of fabric, zippers, and different kinds of linings everywhere. The smell of the materials is quite strong when you first walk in, but we don't even notice it anymore. There are rows of workers at their stations, and the sound of the machines is a constant background hum. We have a small office area tucked into one side where the paperwork gets handled. It’s usually a bit of a mess with samples and prototypes lying around on the chairs. We don't really have a formal reception or anything; people just walk in and ask for who they need. The windows are high up and let in some natural light, but we mostly rely on the overhead lamps. On hot days, the ceiling fans struggle to keep up, so we drink plenty of water. It’s a place where people work hard and stay focused on the task at hand. We know exactly how each bag is put together from start to finish because we see it happening every day right in front of us. We leave the building tired, but it's good to see the trucks finally loaded up.
