Thermocare Industries Ltd. is located at F- 40 Site 5 Udhyog Kunj in the Panki Industrial Area. It is quite a drive from the city center. The industrial area is full of large factories and a lot of smoke. Our site has a big metal gate that squeaks when you open it. We have a large shop floor where the main work happens. It is always warm inside because of the processes we use. There is a constant drone from the ventilation system that you eventually stop hearing. The office is upstairs and has a view of the other factory roofs in the area. We have metal filing cabinets that are starting to rust a bit at the bottom. Our team is a mix of older people who have been here forever and some younger ones just starting out. We eat lunch together in a small room with a single window. The dust from the road outside settles on the tables. We have to wipe down the desks every single morning. It is a busy place, with trucks coming in and out at all hours. We don't have a fancy lobby with comfortable chairs. If someone comes to visit, they usually just stand in the doorway or find a stool. We focus on the machines and making sure everything is running. It’s just steady work in a tough environment.
