Studio Archway

We have been running Studio Archway here in Navin Nagar for a while now. Our office is tucked away at 117/L/2 in Kaka Dew, right near Swaraj India Public School. It is a busy area, especially when school lets out, but we like the energy of Kanpur. Most days you will find us hunched over desks or talking to contractors about various projects. We started this place because we wanted a local spot where people could come in and talk about their building ideas without it feeling like a giant corporate meeting. It is just a few of us here. We do the drawings ourselves and handle the site visits, often running back and forth in the heat. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and material samples, but that is just how we work. We know the local rules in Kanpur well enough by now. Being near Navin Nagar helps us stay connected to the central parts of the city. We don't have a fancy reception or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. People usually find us by looking for the school nearby. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. It is not always easy managing all the different parts of a project, but we stay busy. We have learned that clear communication works better than big promises. If you are in the neighborhood, you will see our sign. We are usually here late most evenings.
