Sri Bala Ji Travels

Our place is at 128/8 D Kidwai Nagar. It’s a bit of a repetitive address when you write it out, but it’s where we are. Kidwai Nagar is a big area, so being tucked away here means we mostly deal with local folks who live nearby. We’ve been operating Sri Bala Ji Travels out of this spot for a while. The office is just a regular room, nothing too special to look at, but it serves its purpose. We have our desks and our chairs and a small space for people to sit while we look up their travel details. It can be a bit quiet some mornings, and then suddenly everyone decides to come in at the same time in the evening. That’s just how the neighborhood works, I guess. We don’t really go in for big marketing or anything like that. Most of our customers are people who have lived in Kidwai Nagar for years and just know where we are. We like it that way. It’s more personal. You get to know people’s families and where they like to go for their holidays. We just try to be fair and do the work without any extra drama. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power cuts out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the area. It’s all part of the daily routine here in Kanpur. We like being part of Kidwainagar.
