Sneh General Store

Sneh General Store has been sitting here at 6/4 Netaji Nagar for a good while now. It's just a small place in Kanpur, really. Most mornings start early, getting the shutters up and seeing who needs milk or bread before the sun gets too high. We keep a bit of everything on the shelves, from soap to packets of biscuits and those little things people forget they need until they run out. It gets busy in the evenings when folks are coming home from work and stop in for a quick chat or to grab something for dinner. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. Sometimes the boxes pile up a bit in the corner when a delivery comes in, but that's just how it is. We know most of the people around Nehru Nagar by name because they've been coming here for years. It’s a simple setup. Nothing fancy or complicated about it. We just try to keep the staples stocked so nobody has to go too far for a kilo of sugar or some tea leaves. It can get a bit dusty with the road right there, but we keep cleaning. The fan hums in the background all day, and there's usually a stray dog resting near the step. That is pretty much our daily life here. We don't have a big website or anything, just this shop where people can find what they need for their kitchens without much fuss.
