Vansh Pets Aquarium

Vansh Pets Aquarium is located on Chakeri Road in the Lal Bangla area. If you walk into 22D Jagaipurwa, you’ll hear the humming of the air pumps immediately. We have rows of glass tanks stacked up, mostly filled with goldfish, guppies, and some of the more colorful ones people like for their homes. The floor is usually a bit damp from when we clean the filters or move fish around in the nets. We also keep some bird seed and dog food on the metal shelves in the back. It’s not a fancy pet boutique. It’s a place where local kids come to stare at the fish after school. We spend a lot of time scooping fish out for customers and explaining why you can’t put too many in one small tank. Sometimes a tank leaks and we have to scramble with buckets to fix it. It’s just how it goes when you work with water and glass all day. My hands always smell like fish food or pond water. We’ve been here in Lal Bangla for a while, and the regulars know when we get a new shipment of plants or ornaments. We don't have a big staff, just me and a helper who comes in the afternoons. We try to keep the water clear and the fish healthy so they live a long time. It’s a lot of work scrubbing the green algae off the glass, but it looks nice when the lights are on in the evening.
