Shireshu Industries

Shireshu Industries is located at 85, HIG Raatn Lal Nagar. It’s more of a residential-looking area that’s been taken over by small businesses over the years. Our unit isn't huge, but it's where we do all our manufacturing. When you walk in, you’ll mostly see metal parts and people wearing work clothes covered in a bit of oil or dust. We started this because we wanted to do something local and keep things simple. There isn't a lot of talking during the shift because the machines can be quite loud. We usually take our breaks in the small patch of shade outside the front door. Raatn Lal Nagar is a decent place to be, even if the roads are a bit bumpy. We don’t really bother with advertising or trying to sound like a big company. We are just a group of people who know how to handle the machinery we have. The office part of the building is just a desk with a lot of papers and an old computer that takes forever to start up. We handle everything ourselves, from unloading the raw materials to seeing the finished items off on the truck. It gets dark early in the winter, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done while there’s still good light. It’s a basic way to work, but it suits us just fine and we've been doing it this way for years.
