We are based out of Plot No-52 at Sherpur Mouza, which is along the Haridwar Road in Roorkee. This is a busy industrial stretch, and Amj Pharmaceutical Pvt.Ltd. has been part of it for a while now. It’s not a glamorous job, working in a lab or a warehouse all day, but it’s what we do. The building is functional—mostly white walls and clean floors, as you’d expect for this kind of work. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure the machines are running like they should be. It’s a lot of routine. Every morning, the staff arrives, clocks in, and we get to work on the current batch. The road outside is always full of trucks and people heading toward Haridwar, so it gets noisy during the day. We don't have a fancy reception area or people in suits trying to sell you things. It is mostly just technicians and supervisors making sure everything is handled correctly. Sometimes things get delayed because of logistics or power issues, which is just part of living and working around here. We just try to do a solid job and keep the place running without too much fuss. It is a practical business. We focus on the production side and try to make sure we aren't wasting time. If you’re ever driving down Haridwar Road, you might see our gate, but we’re usually too busy inside to notice much of what’s happening outside the property boundary.
