Sendmedicine.Com operates out of a small place at 38/23 Shiwala Road. If you know Shiwala Road, you know it’s always a bit chaotic with traffic and people moving around. We are right in the thick of it. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and packing up small parcels. It’s not the most exciting job, but people need their medicine, so we stay on top of it. The office is basically just stacks of bubble wrap and shipping labels. Sometimes the courier guys are late, which throws everything off, but we manage. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. It's just a functional space where we try to get things sent out as fast as we can. My brother and a couple of friends help run the place. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the records straight. Every now and then, the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a bit cramped in here with all the inventory, but we’ve learned how to move around without bumping into things. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of workers. It's just a handful of us making sure people get what they ordered online. We’ve been on Shiwala Road for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace. It’s a decent life.
