We are over at 231 Safipur, right by the Rama Devi Chauraha in Harjinder Nagar. If you know Kanpur, you know how busy that crossroads is. There are always buses and cars moving through there at all hours. Our office is right in the middle of that movement. Being near the chauraha means it’s never really quiet. We deal with buses and travelers all day long. The office is a straightforward place where we handle all the paperwork and bookings. People come in looking for rides or asking about timings. It’s a bit of a gritty area because of all the transport, but it’s where the action is. Most of the people who stop by are locals or travelers passing through the Rama Devi area. We’ve been here at this location for a good bit. We don't spend time on fancy decorations or anything. There’s a desk, some ledgers, and a phone that rings quite a bit. It gets pretty hot in the summer with the road being so close, but we have a fan going and we just get on with the work. You can find us easily because Safipur is a recognized spot around the crossing. It’s just a regular bus service office run by people who know the routes well. We keep things moving as best as we can, day in and day out, without any of that big company drama you see elsewhere. It works for us and the people who travel with us.
