Afzal Trading Co. operates out of No. 123/61- A Saresh Bagh, which is near Old Airport Road in Domlur Village. We have a fair amount of space here for all the goods we handle. It is more of a warehouse feel than a retail shop. We deal with various items and keep them stored until they need to go out. The location in Domlur Village is convenient because it is close enough to the main road but still has enough room for trucks to pull in and out. The building itself is older, and we’ve had to patch up the roof a few times when it rains. We spend a lot of time counting stock and writing things down in ledgers. It is not a high-tech operation, just us doing the physical work. The traffic on Old Airport Road can be a headache sometimes, especially when we are waiting for a delivery to arrive. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. There is always something to move or a pile of boxes that needs re-sorting. It’s just the way it goes in trading. We don't have any fancy brochures or websites. People who know us just come by the address in Saresh Bagh when they need something. We try to keep things simple and honest. Most of the work is just manual labor and keeping the inventory straight in our heads. We just keep going.
