You can find us right on the main road in Lal Bangla. Our place is at e-69, which is pretty central if you are already in this part of Kanpur. We do a lot of physiotherapy work here, mostly helping people get back on their feet after injuries or just dealing with old aches that won't go away. The rehab center is basically a few rooms where we have the equipment set up for exercises. It can get noisy outside with the traffic on the main road, but inside we just focus on the stretches and movements. People come in from all over the neighborhood. Sometimes it's a bit cramped when we have a few patients at once, but we make it work. It isn't a hospital, just a straightforward clinic for rehab. We spend a lot of time showing people how to move better. Most of the folks who come here are just looking to get back to their normal routine without pain. We've been at this spot for a bit, and everyone in Lal Bangla seems to know the building. It’s a practical setup, nothing too stylish. We just keep things simple. If someone needs to work on their walk or a stiff shoulder, they just drop in. Being on the main road makes it convenient for people catching a rickshaw or walking from nearby. We just stay busy with the appointments and try to help where we can with whatever equipment we have available here.
