S. M. Industries is located right on Birhana Road in Kanpur, at number 59/1-A. This part of the city is always busy, so there is constant noise outside the doors. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now, handling industrial work and whatever else comes through. Kanpur is known for its industries, so we fit right in with the surrounding shops and warehouses. The workspace isn’t anything special to look at, but it’s where we get everything done. We spend most of our hours managing production and keeping the machines running. Sometimes parts break or orders get delayed, which is frustrating, but we just deal with it as it happens. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is solid and reaches whoever ordered it on time. The staff here has been around for years, so we all know how things work. Usually, the office is a bit cluttered with paperwork and samples, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans. It’s just us doing our jobs in the middle of Uttar Pradesh. If someone needs something from an industry like ours, they usually just give us a call or stop by the Birhana Road office. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us going every day.
