We've been at Plot 311 in Anandpuri for a while now. It’s right there in Transport Nagar, which means it’s always loud with trucks and people moving things around. If you know the area, you know we're pretty close to the Jain Mandir. Sometimes the bells from the temple are the only peaceful thing we hear during a long afternoon. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we do. Usually, the day starts early because the transport guys don't like waiting. We spend most of our time sorting out orders and checking what’s come in. It gets dusty, being in this part of town, so we’re constantly wiping down the desks. Most of us have lived nearby for years, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic jams near the main gate. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s more of a place where we just get the work done. People drop in, sometimes just for a quick chat or to ask for directions since we're a landmark for some. We keep a stash of tea and some biscuits for the drivers who’ve had a long haul. It’s just how things go here. Some days are slow, others are a total mess of paperwork and boxes, but we keep showing up. It’s just us, Rukmani Enterprises, trying to keep things moving in this busy corner of the city. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just a few of us.
