Our company, Royal Medical Private Limited, is located at No. 345/9 in Babu Purwa Colony. We’re right in the Kidwai Nagar area. It’s a residential-style neighborhood, so it’s a bit different from being in a big industrial park or a downtown office building. We like it this way because it feels more like being part of a community. We handle medical supplies and equipment, but we do it from this quiet spot in the colony. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our files and handle the daily administrative work. We don't have a giant staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We know our customers by name and we try to treat people fairly. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just takes care of it. We spend a lot of time checking our stock and making sure everything is in order before it gets sent out. The building we’re in is pretty modest, and we don’t put up big signs or do much advertising. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a steady way to work. We like the pace of Kidwai Nagar and the fact that we can just focus on our tasks without too many distractions.
