You can find us at 110/509 on Kalpi Road. It’s a pretty busy industrial part of town, so there are always trucks moving in and out of the area. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth that comes with trading, which means plenty of phone calls and filling out paperwork every day. The walls are a bit bare, and the furniture has seen better days, but it works for what we do. We usually start the day with a cup of tea and a look at the delivery schedules to see what's pending. It gets loud outside with the traffic on Kalpi Road, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We aren't a massive operation, just a handful of us making sure the links between suppliers and buyers don’t break down. There’s always a stack of invoices on someone’s desk and a map of the local routes pinned to the wall. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations because we’re usually too busy tracking shipments. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone’s coffee order and which drawer has the good pens. The floor is concrete and we have a big shutter door that stays open most of the day for some fresh air. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall knows us by sight.
