You can find us at 60B Panki Road in Kalyanpur. Our office is right opposite the petrol pump, which makes it very easy for people to give directions to us. Kanpur can be a bit confusing sometimes, but the Panki Road is a major route that everyone knows. We are called Richa Tour & Travels. The office is just a plain, functional space. We spend our days here dealing with different travel requests and talking to people from the Kalyanpur area. Since the petrol pump is right across, there’s always a lot of vehicles coming and going, so it’s a lively spot to be in. The room we work in is not very big, but it’s enough for what we need. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and writing things down in our books. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic on Panki Road, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been operating from this location for some time. Most of our visitors are people living nearby or workers from the area. We keep things very informal and honest. It’s just a small travel office where we do our best to help whoever walks through the door. There’s no fancy stuff here, just a local business trying to keep things going. We usually have the radio on or just chat with the people waiting for their bookings.
