We just have the name on the building and the doors stay open. The interior is set up for efficiency, not for looks. We have rows of rooms and a lot of equipment that we have to keep an eye on. It’s a bit noisy with all the people and the machines, but that’s just how a hospital is. The hallways are long and we spend most of the day walking back and forth between the pharmacy and the patient rooms. Our desks are usually covered in files and coffee mugs. It’s a real place where real work happens every day. We don't try to sugarcoat things; it’s a tough environment but we’re used to it. The staff knows the routine by heart now. We handle the morning rush, the lunch breaks in turns, and the quiet of the night shift. Being at A-2 means we’re easy to reach for anyone in the local area.
