D. K Enterprises

D. K Enterprises is based in Ratanpur Colony, at the address Ews 903/1550. We are right near Fauji Hardware, so if you find them, you’ve basically found us. Panki is a busy industrial and residential mix, and there’s always something going on in the streets. Our shop isn't very big. We have a counter in the front and some workspace in the back where we keep our tools and parts. The floor is concrete and has plenty of stains from oil and grease over the years. I spend most of my time back there working on things. My hands are rarely clean. We have a small television in the corner that we keep on for the news, but the reception isn't great. The roof is made of tin sheets, so it gets very loud when it rains, and we can’t even hear the phone ring. I know the owner of the hardware store next door quite well. We often trade tools or help each other out when a customer needs something we don't have. The walls are filled with hooks for different parts and belts. It’s not a very pretty place to look at, but it’s where we do our work every single day. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat it at the small table in the back. We’ve been in Ratanpur Colony for a good while and know most of the families around here. It’s a straightforward, hardworking shop. We don't have any fancy slogans, we just try to fix what’s broken.
