Perfect Motor Driving School

Teaching people how to drive in Kanpur is always an adventure, especially around the Civil Lines area. We are located at 13/387, not far from the Green Park Stadium. On match days, the traffic gets really bad and it makes the lessons quite difficult for the beginners. I usually start the first lesson at seven in the morning before the roads get too crowded. The cars we use are small and easy to handle, which is good because some students are very nervous when they first sit behind the steering wheel. I spend most of my day in the passenger seat, watching the road and making sure the pedals are used correctly. Sometimes we take a break near the stadium to talk about the road signs. The office is just a simple room where we keep the registers and the keys. It’s a bit old-fashioned inside with some posters of traffic rules on the walls that have been there for years. My shirt usually gets quite sweaty by noon because the sun hits the car windows directly. Most people come to us because they want to get their license without too much fuss. We don’t have a fancy website or anything, we just teach people the basics of how not to hit anything. It’s honest work and I’ve met all sorts of people from across the city while sitting in traffic.
