We’ve been set up here for a while now, and our daily life is basically what you’d expect from an industrial site. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. There’s dust from the road and the sound of machines and trucks coming and going at all hours. We spend most of our time just managing the floor and making sure things are moving along like they should. Some of the guys have been with us for a long time, so we have a bit of a rhythm going. We don't really bother with fancy decorations or anything. The walls are a bit plain and the furniture has seen better days, but it gets the job done for what we need. It can get pretty hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. People come by when they have business with us, and we usually just talk over a quick cup of chai in the middle of the workspace. It’s a practical way to run things.
