We are based over in Panki, specifically at C-62. Most people around here know Geeta Palace, so we just tell them we are near there. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this side of town. Inside, it's mostly shelves and boxes of different herbal supplies. We spend the morning sorting through orders and checking what came in. It’s not a very big operation, just a few of us making sure everything is labeled right. The air smells like dried leaves and roots sometimes. Panki is a busy industrial kind of area, so there is always noise from the street. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s got high ceilings and keeps fairly cool even in the summer. We don't do a lot of fancy talking, we just get the packages ready for the couriers. Sometimes people walk in looking for something specific for a cold or just general health. We show them what we have on the shelves. It’s a lot of paperwork too, keeping track of all the different herbs. We have a small desk near the front where we take calls. Most days go by pretty fast once we get started. It is a steady rhythm of packing and counting. We like being close to the palace because it makes it easy for folks to find us. The delivery trucks come and go all day in the alley.
