We are located at D-8 in Udhyog Kunj, Site 5, right on Road No. 3. This is our main operating site for Rays Polymers Pvt. Ltd. in the Panki area of Kanpur. It’s a real industrial environment here, with trucks constantly moving up and down the road outside. Our building is a simple structure made for heavy work. Inside, we have our polymer processing setup. We take plastic granules and turn them into finished products using our molding machines. The shop floor is always busy and the sound of the machines is something you just get used to after a while. We have a small cabin near the gate where we handle the invoices and talk to the drivers. It’s not a fancy place, just some old chairs and a desk that has seen a lot of use over the years. We don't believe in spending money on unnecessary things, so we keep our overheads low. Most of our workers live in the surrounding areas and they walk or bike to work every morning. We start early to get a jump on the day’s production. Sometimes we have a lot of scrap material that we have to sort through and recycle. It’s a messy job but someone has to do it. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to keep the machines running and our customers happy with the parts we make. It’s a solid, honest business.
