We are over at 14/123-Agopala Chambers. Padmpani Engineers & Architects Pvt Ltd has been around for a bit. We have both engineers and architects here, so we tend to look at things from both sides of the coin. It leads to some long discussions in the break room about how things should be built. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets full of old projects. We've got a lot of paperwork because of the engineering side of things. Agopala Chambers is a familiar place to us now. We know where to get the best tea nearby when we need a break. We don't use a lot of fancy words when we talk to people. We just explain what needs to happen to get a building up and running safely. It’s practical work. We deal with a lot of regulations and technical stuff that can be boring, but it has to be done right. We don't have a polished corporate image. We’re just a group of people who are good with numbers and drawings. Some days are stressful when things don't go as planned at a construction site. We just put our heads together and figure it out. It’s what we’ve been doing for years. We stay busy and we like it that way. We don't need much else besides a good plan and a steady hand.
