P. p. m. Medical Research & Trauma Centre is found at 127/194 W-1 in Saket Nagar, sitting right across from the Parag Doodh Dairy. The dairy is a big landmark, so we usually tell people to look for that. We deal with a lot of trauma cases here, so the pace can be quite fast and unpredictable. It isn't a fancy place with a big polished lobby. It’s a functional medical center where we focus on emergency care and some research work on the side. When an ambulance or a car pulls up with someone who’s been hurt, everyone moves pretty quickly. The rest of the time, we’re managing regular patients or looking through files. The halls are a bit narrow and the rooms are basic, but we have the equipment we need to handle serious injuries. We don’t have any marketing brochures or promotional slogans. We’re just a group of people working in Saket Nagar, doing a job that can be pretty tough some days. The staff has been here for years and we’ve seen all sorts of cases come through those doors. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit messy when it’s busy, but we try to keep things organized enough to function. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place for medical treatment and research, and we just take each day as it comes.
