O S Kushwaha & Co

We’ve been operating out of the Arjun Complex for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at units 15 and 16 on the second floor of building 80/79. This part of Kanpur, Dhankutti, is always moving. Being on Koperganj Railway Station Road means there is a lot of noise and activity outside our windows every day. We’re quite close to Bas Mandi, which is usually how people find their way to O S Kushwaha & Co. The office itself is pretty plain. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of files. It’s just how we work. The 208001 area is central, so it makes sense for us to be here. Sometimes the walk up to the second floor feels longer in the summer heat, but it’s fine once you’re inside. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. It's a local business run by local people. We know the streets around here well. When the trains come in, you can feel the energy of the city. We’ve seen many changes on this road over the years, but the Arjun Complex stays the same. If you are coming to see us, just look for the complex near the station road. It's a busy spot, but we like the pace of it. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just show up and do the job day after day. We have an old kettle in the back for tea and the furniture has been here since we opened.
