New Friend Co.

You can find us at No. 127/ 325 in the U Block of Nirla Nagar. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now. The name New Friend Co. comes from how we wanted to treat people when they walked through the door. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of looking at things, but it works for us. Our shop isn't very large, and it's tucked away in a corner of the block that doesn't get the most foot traffic, but we like it that way. We spend our days managing the inventory and talking to the people who stop by to see what we have in stock. The shelves are usually pretty full, and sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a new delivery arrives. We don't have a big team or a lot of automated systems. It's mostly just hand-written notes and keeping track of things in a ledger. Nirla Nagar is a quiet enough place most of the week, though the weekends can get a little noisier. We try to keep our area clean and organized, but with all the boxes, it can be a challenge. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It’s a practical business built on just being there when people need something specific. We don’t spend money on big signs or posters. If you know where U Block is, you can find us easily enough.
