Start with the location. It's in Civil Lines, right by the Lal Imli building. People around here know the spot. We've been here a while now. The building looks a bit old from the outside but we keep the rooms clean inside. It's a busy area so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Most folks just walk in or take an auto. We handle general stuff, nothing too fancy. Just the usual things people come to a hospital for. My team and I try to keep things moving. We deal with lots of paperwork every day. Sometimes it gets crowded in the waiting area during the mornings. That's just how it is in this part of town. We see families from the neighborhood mostly. It's good to be near the landmark because it makes giving directions easier. If you find Lal Imli, you've basically found us. We have the usual staff, doctors, and nurses working shifts.
