Amit Traders

Amit Traders is located down at No. 79/75 in Baansh Mandi. Most people know the spot because it’s right by the New Ambica Oil Mill. It gets pretty loud around here with all the activity, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We spend most of our time dealing with stock and talking to people who come through the mandi. It’s a busy environment and there’s always something that needs lifting or moving around. We don't have a big fancy storefront. It’s more of a practical space where we can get the daily trade work handled. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes things slow down a bit, but we usually just keep at it until the sun goes down. We've got a small crew here. Everyone knows their job and we don't need much oversight. Some days the deliveries show up late or the orders get a bit mixed up, but we always figure it out eventually. It's just the reality of running a trading business in a place like this. We appreciate the regulars who stop by to chat. It makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. There’s no secret to what we do, it’s just showing up every morning and seeing what the day brings. The mandi has its own rhythm and we’re just happy to be a part of it. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the work we do.
