Akhawat Law House

We’ve been here at Kishori Appartment for a while now. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in S Block Juhi, but it works for what we do. People usually find us when they need specific law books or legal documents that aren't easy to track down elsewhere. The shelves are pretty crowded. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact volume someone is asking for, but we usually get there. The apartment isn't fancy. It's just where we keep the stock and do the paperwork. Most of the day is spent checking through lists and making sure the latest editions are in. The stairs up to the 127/111 unit can be a bit much if you aren't used to them, but we don't mind. It's a quiet enough spot for reading and working. We don't really do much advertising. Most folks who come by have heard about us from a colleague or a friend in the legal field. Juhi is a busy area, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the smell of old paper and ink. We keep the lights on and the doors open during the usual hours. There isn't a big team here, just a couple of us handling the daily tasks. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a flashy lobby or anything like that. Just lots of books and a desk where we handle the orders. It suits us fine.
