We handle the paperwork ourselves and don't rely on big systems. It’s just how we’ve always done it. We’ve gotten to know the people around Naveen Nagar over the years. It’s a good place to be. We don't have a huge mission; we just want to keep the business going and do right by our customers. Every morning we open up and start the same routine, and that is just fine with us.
