M/S Durha Constructions Pvt. Ltd. We are based out of Kanpur at 117/P/192 in Hitkari Nagar. This is in the Kakadeo area, near Chhapera Puliya. Construction is a messy business, and our office often shows it. There are blueprints rolled up in corners and samples of materials lying around on the tables. It’s a busy place because we are always coordinating with people at different sites. The air is often a bit dusty from the surrounding area. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly just maps and schedules. Our address in Kanpur is where all the planning happens before we head out to the actual buildings. Kakadeo is a lively part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We've been doing this for a long time now. We aren't corporate types who sit in glass buildings. We are more comfortable in our boots and working on the ground. We just focus on getting the projects finished. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or materials not arriving on time, but that is just how construction goes. We stay here in Hitkari Nagar and manage the daily grind of building things. It’s hard work but it’s what we do. We usually have people coming in and out all day with updates from the various sites we are currently managing for our various clients.
