Melody Industries

We've been over here at F - 5 in the Panki Industrial Area Site - 3 for a good while now. It's a busy spot, mostly factories and trucks moving around all day. Melody Industries started out small, just a few of us trying to make things work in this part of Kanpur. Some days are loud with the machines running, but that's just how it goes in an industrial zone. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just work benches and the smell of grease and metal. People sometimes find it hard to navigate the site since the roads aren't always great, but we’re usually here from early morning until late. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, but we manage. My father used to say that if you stay in one place long enough, you become part of the dirt and the brick. That’s kind of how it feels here at Site - 3. We know the neighbors, we know the tea stall guy down the road, and we just handle the orders as they come in. There isn't much more to it than showing up and getting the jobs finished.
