Mayfair Air Travels Service Pvt Ltd has its office at 129, 1st Floor of the Regal Cinema Building. We are on Cambridge Road, which is part of the Mall Road area in Kanpur, right beside Sapna Palace. Being in an old cinema building gives the office a very specific feel. It’s a bit different from your standard modern office block. We have plenty of space, but it’s an older style of architecture. We spend our time here handling all the air travel details that people need. It involves a lot of time on the phone and even more time on the computer. The Mall Road area is always busy, so there is no shortage of things to see out the window. Sapna Palace is right next door, so people use that to find us all the time. We aren’t a big flashy agency. We are just a group of people who have been doing this for a long time. The office is filled with the sound of typing and the occasional printer noise. We keep a lot of paper records even though everything is digital now, just to be safe. It’s a very practical way of working. Most of us have been in Kanpur our whole lives, so we know the city and how people here like to travel. It’s just a regular, honest place to work.
