Malik & Associates

You can find us up on the 18th floor of Somdutt Plaza in Lucknow. It is quite a long way up, but the view of the city from our windows is pretty great. We are located near Mahatma Gandhi Marg, a place that is always full of life and traffic. Malik & Associates has been in this building for quite some time now. Even though the plaza is large, we try to keep our office feeling like a friendly, local spot. Climbing into the elevators and coming up here takes a minute, but it is a quiet place to sit and discuss property once you arrive. We handle property matters all over Lucknow. This city is changing fast, with new developments popping up everywhere you look. However, we still have a soft spot for the older, central parts of town. Our office is simple, filled with files, computers, and the occasional cup of tea. We spend a lot of time on the telephone or meeting with folks who have made the trip up to see us. It is a serious place to work, but we keep it relaxed. We don't feel the need to wear formal suits every day. Most of our time is spent digging into the small details of different property deals. Being near MG Marg makes it easy for us to get around and see different sites. We just do our work and go home and that is how we like it. It is a steady way to live.
