Maa Bhavani General Store

Maa Bhavani General Store is at 38/100 Moolganj, on Meston Road. This is right in the middle of Kanpur, near the Moolganj Chauraha. If you have been to this part of Kanpur, you know how crowded and lively it is. Meston Road is always full of people and vehicles, and our store is part of that daily chaos. We have been here for a good while. The shop is filled with general items, from basic toiletries to small household goods. We spend a lot of time just trying to keep the dust off the products because the road outside is so busy. It is a small space, so we have to use every bit of shelf we have, stacking things high. Being in the 208001 area means we are right in the thick of things. There is no air conditioning, just a couple of fans that stay on all day. We deal with people from all walks of life who come in for a quick purchase. It is a lot of counting change and fetching items from the high shelves with a long stick. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that; we just open the doors and sell what people need. The building is old, and the street is loud, but it is where we do our business every single day.
