Lala Amba Prasad Smarak Chikitsalaya is situated right near the Little Chef Restaurant at 15/201 in Civil Lines. Most people use the restaurant as a landmark to find us since the street can get a bit crowded. We have been operating as a local clinic here for quite some time. It’s an older building, and it has that lived-in feel you get with places that have seen many patients over the years. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a coffee bar or anything like that. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and the rooms where we see people. Our daily routine is pretty consistent, with patients starting to arrive early in the day. Some are just here for a quick checkup, while others might be feeling quite poorly. The doctors and the nursing staff just move from one room to the next, doing the best they can with the time they have. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic in Civil Lines, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t do any promotional stuff or big ads. People usually find out about us from their neighbors or by walking past. It’s a plain, honest medical practice where we just focus on the patients and the daily tasks at hand. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on, but that’s just how it goes.
