We are based in the Fazalganj Industrial Estate, specifically at Plot No. 84/21. It is right near the Singh Engineering Compound, which is a landmark most people in the area know. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of activity, trucks moving, machines running, and people rushing about. Komal Products is a place where we focus on getting things made. It is not a showroom or a retail shop; it is a workshop where we put in the work. The walls are a bit stained from years of use, and the floor is concrete. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time. We make various items that other businesses or households use. It is noisy and can get quite hot in the summer months, but that's just how it is in Fazalganj. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come to see us, you will likely find us on the floor checking the machines or packing boxes. We do not believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. We get the raw materials, we process them, and we send them out. It is a straightforward way of working. We have been at this location for years, and we know all the other shop owners around here. It is a tough environment but a good one for those who like to work hard.
