You can find us at Harmony Arcade, specifically units 17 and 18 on Telegraph Road. Being right near The Mall means there is always something happening outside our windows. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while now. Mostly, it's just office work. We spend a lot of time on computers or talking to people in different countries. Due to the time differences, we are often here quite early or stay well after the sun goes down. Nothing special describes the office, just some desks, chairs, and filing cabinets that have seen better days. Handling different goods going back and forth across borders is what we do. It involves a lot of patience with paperwork and customs rules. A big marketing team doesn't exist here. It's just a few of us making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Frustration kicks in when the internet goes slow, but that's just part of the day. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go for our breaks. Trying to be the biggest company isn't our goal; we just want to do our jobs right every day. Emails and phone calls make up most of our time, and we’ve gotten used to that rhythm. It’s just a normal way to make a living for us without any extra fuss or unnecessary polish.
