Our office is over at 243 Transport Nagar. Anyone who knows the area knows it's always loud with trucks moving in and out at all hours. We’ve been set up in this spot for a long time. Desks, phones, and a lot of logbooks stacked up are mostly what you'll see inside. Dealing with shipping and moving things around is our daily routine. Because of the traffic outside, the place gets dusty, but we don't mind it much. My team and I spend most of the day coordinating schedules or making sure drivers have their directions. It’s definitely not a glamorous job. Plenty of coffee is involved, and staying late happens whenever a shipment gets delayed. Big corporations have fancy lobbies, but we just have a practical space where work gets done. Some days the phones won't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the birds. Over the years, we’ve watched the neighborhood change and new buildings go up, though the noise stays the same. Focusing on getting the crates moved is our main task. People stop by to drop off paperwork or check on their orders. Being straightforward with everyone is how we like to work. No big speeches are needed, just telling people when their stuff will arrive. It’s a bit messy with all the forms, but the system works for us. We’re just regular people trying to keep things moving on schedule every day.
