Kanpur Placement Services is located near the 11 No Crossing on GT Road in Lakhanpur. We are pretty close to the Kisan Call Center, which is a landmark most people in this part of Kanpur know. Our office is a simple place where we handle recruitment for various local industries. Since we are right on the main road, it gets quite loud with the trucks and traffic, but it makes it easy for job seekers to drop in. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just sit down with people, look at their experience, and see if any of the companies we talk to have an opening that fits. It’s a lot of legwork, honestly. We have to keep calling managers and checking if they still need help, while also keeping track of everyone who has left their resume with us. Some days we feel like we’re drowning in paperwork, but we manage to get through it. We've lived in Kanpur for a long time, so we know how tough the job market can be here. We just try to provide a bridge between the folks who need work and the places that are hiring. It’s a very manual process most of the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around; we just want to do a decent job for the people who come to us. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the calls, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s just part of our routine now.
