Our clinic is over on Birhana Road, specifically at 24/73 Kishori Niwas. It’s near Naurang Chauraha, which is a very crowded intersection. If you’ve ever been to Birhana Road, you know how tight the streets can get. Kishori Niwas is an old building, so it has that specific character you don't find in new constructions. We handle ENT and maternity stuff, so it's a mix of different people in the waiting area. Some days it’s quiet, and other days it’s just loud with kids and people talking. The stairs are a bit steep, which is something we always warn people about. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have worked together for a long time. We handle the registration and the medical side of things ourselves. There isn't any fancy software; we still use a lot of paper folders for the records. It’s just easier for us that way. The light in the afternoon hits the front window and makes the whole office feel very bright. We try to keep the place as comfortable as possible, even if it’s a bit cramped at times. Living and working around Naurang Chauraha means you get used to the constant honking and the street vendors. It’s just how life is here in this part of Kanpur. We have been here for years and the neighborhood has become very familiar to us all. We just keep our heads down and work.
