Kabir Hospital

Our building is located at Hig 8 Bafr 2, and it’s been the center of our daily lives for quite some time now. Kabir Hospital isn't one of those massive glass towers you see in the big cities; it’s more of a practical place where we get the work done. The hallways are wide enough for the stretchers, and we’ve got different rooms set up for whatever comes through the door. Some days it’s very quiet and you can hear the clock ticking in the hallway, and other days it feels like everyone in the area decided to get sick at once. We have a small team here, and we all know where everything is kept, from the spare linens to the medicine cabinets. The lighting is bright because you need to see what you’re doing, but we try to make the rooms as comfortable as possible for the people staying over. Families often sit out in the common areas while they wait for news or for visiting hours to start. We’ve had to fix the plumbing a couple of times this year, and the paint could probably use a fresh coat in the entrance, but the equipment inside is kept in good shape. It’s a bit of a trek for some to get to this part of the neighborhood, but once they’re here, they know we’ll look after them without any fuss or complicated talk. We just focus on the patients and the daily tasks.
