Just Job Consultancy is located on Mall Road in Kanpur, specifically in Phool Bagh at office number 18/183. We are right beside the Temptation restaurant, which is actually a bit of a problem because it always smells like delicious food while we are trying to work. It definitely makes us hungry before lunchtime rolls around. The Phool Bagh area is quite nice and has a bit more space than other parts of Mall Road. Our office is a straightforward place with a few desks and some plastic chairs for visitors. We spend our days looking through job listings and calling people to see if they are still looking for work. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork, but it's what we know how to do. The traffic on Mall Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to leave a bit early or stay late to avoid the worst of it. We have a small cooler for water and an electric kettle for making tea when it gets cold in the winter. We’ve been here for several years now and we've gotten to know the other shop owners in the building pretty well. It’s a decent community of small businesses. We don't put on any acts or try to sound more important than we are. We just provide a simple service for people in Kanpur who need a hand finding their next step.
