Jai Architect

Jai Architect is tucked away in Jaroli Phase II, specifically at Plot No. 9. You can find us on Varun Vihar Road in Kanpur. Most people use Ram Gopal Chaurah as a landmark to find the turn-off to get to us. We’ve been in this Jarauli area for a bit, and it’s a decent neighborhood to work in. The office is pretty basic. We have our drafting tables and a couple of computers. It’s not the kind of place with a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, if you come in, you’ll find one of us hunched over a plan or talking on the phone. We do a lot of local work around the 208027 zip code. It's a lot of back and forth with clients and making sure the measurements are right. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Kanpur. We just like doing our job and going home. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just part of the deal. The road outside can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but it’s mostly quiet enough to think. We know the local building rules and how things work in this part of town. If you need to find us, just look for Plot 9 once you pass the chaurah. We’re usually there unless we are out checking on a site or meeting someone for coffee to talk about a sketch.
