Jagmag Export

Jagmag Export is situated at 14/30 Nawab Compound, right in Civil Lines. It’s a bit of an old compound, so it has a lot of character, though the plumbing acts up sometimes. We’ve been here for a while now. Civil Lines is a nice part of town, with more trees than the center, but Nawab Compound is still pretty industrial once you get inside. We have a fair amount of space, which is good because we tend to keep a lot of stock on hand. The rooms are filled with boxes from floor to ceiling. We spend a lot of time just organizing. It’s a lot of lifting and shifting. We don't have any fancy software to tell us where everything is; we just remember. My desk is in the corner near the window, but I’m rarely sitting there. There’s always someone needing help with a crate or a driver waiting for paperwork. It can get pretty chaotic during the peak season. We try to keep the gates clear, but it’s hard when three trucks show up at once. The guys work hard. We take our lunch breaks together in the small courtyard when the weather allows. It’s a simple life. We don't worry about being the biggest name around. We just want to make sure the stuff gets where it’s going without any trouble. That’s how we’ve always done it here, day after day.
